How the work actually works
Jobs come in as they happen
When a resident or community needs help, Josh creates a work order and sends it to you by email. You'll get the details, address, and time window.
Volume varies day to day
Some days you might have 1–3 jobs. Other days you might have none. It depends on how busy we are that week.
You control your availability
You decide which jobs you want to take. There's no pressure to accept everything. You work when it fits your schedule.
Do good work, get more work
The more reliable and professional you are, the more jobs Josh will send your way as we grow into more communities.
Bottom line: This is flexible, as-needed work. Some weeks will be busier than others. If you're reliable and do great work with residents, you'll get more opportunities as the business grows.
